Have any of you guys used Cybermedia's FirstAid??? Personally, I tried it and think the product and support were crap. I have no idea how SYSF's product compares though. I do know that CYBR lists SYSF as its only meaningfull competitor in this systemhelp software area. They went on to say how SYSF has no real experience in this type of sales. Anyone out there have any direct cmparative knowledge with the use of the 2 products??? Sure looks like SYSF is "dead" money for a while!!! Look at the valuations of CYBR and SYSF. MAN!!!!!......CYBR's PE = NM and SYSF is at a darn low multiple.
