GST, you may have missed it in all the noise, but all the economic data release this week points to recovery. Unemployment claims, factory orders, productivity, auto & truck sales. While investors and the media are obsessed with Enron and accounting "issues" ("issues" really means "things we don't understand because we were English majors, but we can never admit that so we call it an issue"), the real world just keeps on plugging along. One day, the markets and the media will look around and find that the country has moved on without them. Bob
