That's also true, but if you look at the numbers: 3.7 million shares times a conservative estimate of .50 a share comes out to $1.85 million (and they probably bought for a lot less than that.) This is less than peanuts for a insurance company; this is pocket lint. I don't particularly believe that companies don't throw money away on investments; look at the first couple of rounds of SW investors who ate huge losses. I'll bet that the big investors like the wisconsin state investment board didn't really believe that SW would actually ever make any money, they just wanted to ride the wave of hype that was being generated by Brian Beninger. Kind of like what's happening right now, although it appears that the wave of hype isn't being generated by Mr. Beninger any more.
