NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 2002--Track Data Corporation
(Nasdaq NMS: TRAC) made two announcements today regarding stock
buyback plans.
First, the Company announced that it recently completed its
previously announced buyback plan for 1,000,000 shares. Second, the
Company announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the
purchase of up to 3,000,000 additional shares of its common stock in
market transactions from time to time.
Track Data is a New York-based financial services company that
provides real-time financial market data, news, and research to

telecommunication lines and the Internet.
For individual investors, Track Data Securities offers myTrack, a
fully integrated, Internet-based online trading and market data
