Actually, when I read your re-write it looks like I was pretty close; you've added some things. I was struck by the second point... Second, whatever the Supreme Court ruled would not persuade me any more than Plessy vs. Ferguson or Roe v. Wade that it was correct. In other words, it's not possible for the United States Supreme Court to be correct....regardless of what it says. Cool. jttmab
