it didn't trickle down kenneth because clit'n said it was voodoo economics...Lesson: don't go after the people who create the jobs by imposing higher tax rates on them.....it only pisses them off and makes them resentful so they keep more of the profits to offset the higher tax rates imposed....do you see how that works? . .
