Jim - I just nibbled for the first time at 5 1/2 myself after doing my own style DD. Win, lose, or draw, thanks for your candor re PGO. My only concern is the post merger company being domiciled in the Cayman Islands. Not because that isn't ok but because of the perception by many that companies that relocate there have something to hide. In this Enronitis market, we may have a way to fall before the bounce comes. What are your thoughts? Am I off off-base or what?
