Ted Daem is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David Keddie as a Director of International Tournigan Corporation. Mr. Keddie holds a B.A.Sc in mechanical engineering and an MBA . He is registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario. Mr. Keddie currently is the principal of National Compressed Air Canada Ltd., Mississauga, Ontario (1970), Manufacturer of industrial air compressors, and National Drilling Systems Inc., Lively, Ontario.

Mr. Keddie's previous experience includes:

Reprox Corporation - Vice-President Finance. Operating in Canada the US and the Caribbean. Canadian Department of Industry Trade and Commerce located in New York. Involved with trade in defense products and industrial development in Canada. Canadian Armed Forces (Armoured Corps). Canadian and overseas postings rising to the rank of Captain.

Mr. Eric Friedland has resigned from the Board of Directors.
