QCOM has no debt, they have guarentees for several hundred million to several operators. Qcom made alot of related party transactions with LWIN and as part of sales to JV's. Qcom MGMT is beyond reproach, and are not doing anything illeagel, or even immoral. However MKT doesnt care.
