It seems to be a conservative strategy to just repeat things over and over until people become used to it. This includes such false notions as the media is more liberal than than the general public, that spending more money than is taken in does not lead to deficits, and that the election results in Florida were fair and honest. These are fabrications regardless of whose mouth they come from. They need to be addressed as the canards they are whenever uttered.
