Stanley Works Raises 2002 Forecast NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (Reuters) - Tool and hardware maker Stanley Works (NYSE:SWK - news) on Friday raised its 2002 earnings forecast even before factoring in the anticipated benefits of its plans to change its place of incorporation to Bermuda. Does anyone know what advantage Bermuda has for a corporation?
