If they really wanted to go after Qualcomm for it's structure of pro-forma accounting (particuarly Vesper), I could see their case. They could also go after the fact that they own portions of a variety of operators. I might disagree....but at least I could see their positions.

The equity stakes in licensees seems to be an incredibally small isssue. The size of the stakes are tiny and how else should they account for them? I guess I should add that I dont understand the comment on receivables....so they might potentially have a small case there.

However, the fact that they also added the stuff on nepotism and the accounting firm completely kills any chance for me to take their stuff seriously. It looks like they threw up a bunch of darts...just hoping to hit.

They probably made their subscribers quite a bit of money today. If I was looking for a time to release a report like this, I would do it when a company is right at it's 52 wk low. You can get the combination of TA and FA working together. Probably made the firm look pretty good...
