Dumbert Art Rock is a Director Emeritus of the Intel Board. I know that you are using your pidgen English persona instead of your Oxford English persona but that is no reason to discard the dictionary. Emeritus is not an unusual word. The Merriam Webster dictionary works just fine to locate a definition, no need to go to the Oxford Dictionary. merriam-webster.com Emeritus: one retired from professional life but permitted to retain as an honorary title the rank of the last office held.
