On the first part of your question, see #reply-17033439. On the second part, apart of EMLX (and even that on is getting doubtful, particularly if 38.5 is breached), I do nt see an of the Q getting above the January highs, before they go much lower.

By the way, I just took some little profits from SSTI here selling at $7.10 ($.71 or 11% profit).
