I'm guessing its related to the shelf filing. Every since that announcement the stock has been very weak, though, not on a whole lot of volume.

I think it could also be related to Enronitis. DRIV has made numerous acquisitions and the market has become very paranoid about company's like that and how their accounting is set up.

I think DRIV is in a great position (assuming mgmt is on the up and up), they are one of the only players in their business that has real critical mass. Everytime they pick up the remains of a failed competitor they start making money almost immediately. These customers are worth much more to them than they are to the companies that service them now. Assuming they don't make any poor acquisitions, I think the general strategy is terrific and will pay off fairly rapidly.
