Here are the CI's now. The Naz ones may have touched 0 intraday in the ST and MT. I did see them at about 1.0 when the market was down this morning. The reversal in direction from yesterday's closing values -- a reversal from oversold levels -- would mean a buy signal in the ST. But it's all conjectural, speculative, etc., and the market can change direction at any time, of course.

ST Naz CI: 24.017 3.348
MT Naz CI: 24.017 3.563
LT Naz CI: 85.894 82.448

ST S&P CI: 51.397 27.217
MT S&P CI: 51.397 27.217
LT S&P CI: 88.770 83.184
