RGA changed to AMV (Ameridian Ventures) They wanted to be in the high-tech capitalization field ... But ... IMO ... they didn't have the horsepower to get there. While I have nothing against them personally, in fact I have a personal regard for them ... in the end all I can say is they wasted a lot of my time and money. I put a great deal more money into the project than AMV ever thought about. However, I was years ahead of the curve in client-side, database-driven advertising ... and believe my patents (still pending) going back to early 1998, have a lot of applicability to iTV, wireless, PC and other advertising media. The USPTO keeps delaying the examination ... now I'm told it will be April.
