Anyone watch the Tyco bull/bear debate on CNBC just now? I am biased towards bullish but as objectively as I could be I felt the bullish guy ripped the bearish guy a new body orifice. That was the most lopsided debate I have seen in quite awhile. Sounds like the company has addressed all the accounting issues and was never in violation of GAAP, by the bear guy's own admission. That was the guy who had raised the accounting issues in the first place.
