We are not speaking the same language here. I think if we were we would find that we agree on a lot. Capitalism is an economic system. The system has nothing to do with the problem of dishonesty. You can find dishonesty in every system and in every facet of life in any country. Dishonesty hurts the performance of any economy and should be vigorously punished. I lament that white collar crimes often go unpunished in this country. Also that we have "country club" prisons for white collar and political criminals. Where is the justice in that? I would even advocate longer sentences for white collar and politician criminals than others on the basis that their crimes are more a violation of the public trust.
