FYI : In response to your post this is what I found out months ago about JPMIC . If every one remembers they are the ones that exercised there options back in January at $3.00 per share and the cash that QDEL got helped in the law suit. So probably they are just cashing in those shares at a profit to reduce there exposure . What I found out back in FEB. is that there is a insider named Richard Morgan that has never sold a share . Also he is a CEO for another company and guess who is there Investment banker JPMIC .
