Not a single life was saved in Imcl trial data send to FDA.
Imcl did not even try to claim lives were saved.
You profited from the tender offer, enough bias not to see malevolent motives.
Even if all Imcl actions before 12/28/2001 were legal, appropriate, moral and correct (strong doubts are all over) the report of the RTF by Imcl since 12/31/01 release was very deceptive, pure blatant lies. And Imcl continues to lie when they claim that they will find data and give to FDA in soon to be next meeting and everything will be ok, but: 1. they have not denied the RTF copy content 2. they have not reveal the original RTF to the public 3. they only claim that "RTF was inapropriately obtained by someone" (so what) 4. they allowed the margin call to "forced" to sell $45M extra on 1/18/02 5. they are spreading lies about the FDA ":delaying drugs that save lives" 6. they are spreading lies about BMY, a decent company that their only mistake was to trust Imcl.
they are jail deserving crooks.
7,8,9,10 Imcl has a moral duty to appropriately conduct clinical trials and they did not despite constant FDA communications about their trial mismanagement.
Imcl fiduciary duty to the shareholders, moral duty with the sick cancer patients on trial, waste of the investment money from all sources, and profiteering with lies are clear signs of immoral criminals that has the chance to go free cause they have plenty of money for expensive lawyers.
Bmy deserves their money back, the drug rights, and if Erbituxt works the profits. Bmy will prevail, justice will triuph. |
