Tice admitted on the show that he was short "TYC" as of today. So he could have been long "TYC" yesterday -- he didn't provide dates or points of trade.

I respect him for being in the .00001% of investors that closely look at balance sheet issues. If you look at his mutual fund prospectus, he will see (at least last year when I last looked at it) that he was short a lot of the names that plummeted in the dotcom/tech bubble. He had an eccentric list of longs: silver mines, etc.

It takes a lot of nerve to tell the world & all of the analysts that a stock has issues. Everyone and their money attacks the individual. :)
