Best defence to all the law suits at once, is to get the share price back up to where it was before the law suits were filed. There may as well be just one law suit. It simply doesn't matter if there's one or a hundred. It's the same defence. A. They've done nothing wrong B. They've done nothing wrong. IMHO we will see 30.00 again on ELN sooner than we'll see 12.50 again. JMHO. At that point any law suit for damages suffered if you sold at 12.50 will look pretty silly, or just paint the plaintiffs as out right dumb. good luck everyone. Jim
