Pretty good interview.
The dialogue leading up to the interview can be summarized as "what the heck is a Non-Compliance"? So the purpose of having RK was to clarify and explain what that meant. Finance people. <sigh>
"Does it affect the FDA submission in any way?" Really meant is it fatal.

It was really nice that RK could walk right into that one. Her answer on the FDA was crystal clear.
I just wished she would have mentioned the gorilla, errr JnJ as our partner and FDA plant pre-approval was a done thing. Well, the interview was really focused on HC anyways.
Finance People love completions and milestones information.
I agree, I like the stabs at HC too.
I also appreciated her comment that over 700 people have died from taking oral OA medication, during the 137 days that HC has been delinquent in reviewing DMX's case.
To me, this statement from RK was very significant!
And NICE use of statistics to boot <gg>.
To be able to get that point in in such a short segment was brilliant. Most people think OA is just an ou-wee until they are afflicted. Its a chronic disease with varing levels of pain, depending on a person's pain threshold.
Her message, current NSAIDs can and do kill people!
And I hope the Finance People caught, is 'Pennsaid is not just a topical hand creme, it has a defined benefit for OA suffers with its incredible safety profile.'

The the talk swung to the financial position of the company, Aqua Wellington financing and when will DMX start making money? Very typical of Finance People.
So RK needs to be ready with an answer to these types of questions.
Good explaination IMO on Acqua and comparative on financing. She did however dance around the profitability question and it was way too obvious. Too bad.
Finance People wants you to "show them the money."
Final note, being on video, I was hoping that RB would have taken the opportunity and used visual clues. I had in mind, some hand gestures when discussing HC. <ggg>
