Web Site update,$$$$ February 8, 2002 This is Friday and we closed at $0.19 today with 301,000 shares traded. The gold price continues to move up and we are seeing a lot of action with in the mining and financial worlds. Things are looking very bright at the moment as we have a number of positive actions underway. All persons looking at the gold stocks should take a hard look at this sector right now. We didn?t get the bond closed this week, but we will get done next week, as long as the lawyers cooperate. All the underlying agreements are now completed, which included some stock transfers and cash agreements. When the bond is posted, we will put out a press release. Thanks for being patient on this.
