Important ruling for MDR in Federal BK court. Says B&W was solvent at the time of a 1998 transfer of assets and the tranfer will not be reversed. biz.yahoo.com It limits the asbestos vultures to the current assets of B&W. With the earnings CC before the bell Monday, I would expect a late opening and hopefully a nice gap up. John
