It seems as though Fonix Management thinks it is more convenient to continue shareholder dilution rather than attempting to procure operating funds in a more traditional manner.

You all know fonix has a limited resource for financing, it is called their reputation.

Fonix has been selling the heck out of their shares to the lenders of last resort in an attempt to remain in business.

Ya'll know Fonix has gone from 40 million shares to about 400 million shares in six years.

Most folks that bought this Big Dog a few years back were not stock traders, most folks bought the company stock based on the advice of company employees and insiders.

So it's been a sad time for the old timers...

Ya'll know that regardless of whether Fonix makes a profit over the next few years or goes completely out of business the company has failed in its duty toward shareholder fiduciary responsibilities over the years.

I just want to see the guy in jail.
