I think Powell's alleged dissatisfaction is some demolib wishful thinking. It unnerves the demolibs to see strong positive black leaders associated with the Bush Admin. and Repub. party. The days of demolib hegemony over black votes are drawing to a close I believe. Bush did not do well with black voters last time around but I believe the next election will show a marked improvement.
