Jerks who love the business plan when it's leveraged and flying, and bitch when it gets publicity? I hope that your friends get wiped on the floor of some court room. Moreover, I've watched the business plan unfold since 1996, and I'll help ELN to humiliate them if I can. To the "litigation prcks"....... the trick is to determine if the leverage determines a double down. The trick is to realize when you've played a risky situation for too long and to make the best of your INDEPENDENT DECISIONS THAT WERE MADE IN LIGHT OF SUFFICIENT DISCLOSURE.
