Interesting post from Qcharts yahoo group:

Believe-it-or-not:

I created the first versions of QCharts (then known as EChart). Then we
hired Mike Phillips and he created the QCharts you know and love today. Mike
and I worked together back in 1990 at Trading Techniques and created
Advanced GET together. Then we both worked at CQG for a while (I wrote the
charting in CQG for windows).

Matt Gundersen wrote RavenQuote, which also runs on QFeed and looks a lot
like QCharts. Matt now works for ESignal.

Phil Erlanger (a titan in the institutional research world) recently
purchased RavenQuote and hired me to clean it up and move it forward. Our
first release of "ErlangerQuote" happens today. It runs on QFeed.

Oh, and here's the kicker. Mitch Waite, who was Matt Gundersen's partner in
RavenQuote published the first book I read on programming in C back in 1985.
I still have that book on my shelf.

Regards,

Eric Scott Hunsader
