Sorry, William B. Partman III, Attorney at Law, but there is plenty of evidence for me to draw my conclusion.

You are implying, chicken-shit fashion, that there's something that you know which is not yet on the table? I've watched the deals and revenues since 1996 and Bapcha/misc. invest.stocks. I was an Athena shareholder. I know the company.

You, however, have been one of the primary online proponents for the company, and now you have the audacity to imply that you're withholding valuable evidence from the thread that taints the company? Shame on you.

Shame on you.

Shame on you.

Elan has always been a poof play on accounting, but it was great while it lasted, huh guy? Correct, William B. Partman III, Attorney at Law and disgruntled shareholder?

I never owned it, never thought that the leveraged plays were fairly valued. Nonetheless, they're leveraged plays. Just when it looks like the poof play may pay off and pay off big-time, you let Jesse and Maris step in and make you look like a fool?? Rather than fighting back or saying "I was a fool", some investors start to WHINE.

Why don't you try to value just ONE of the JVs instead of laboring to make your money the old fashioned way?
