Davis was also a Captain in the Army in Vietnam. I wouldn't be comfortable with denying veterans public office because they also happened to be an attorney. The public as a whole is getting the kind of politicians they deserve, a fact I'm not personally happy about.

We could use a moratorium on laws in general. There are already too many and too many of those are bad law, not the hallmark of a great country.

BTW I wasn't inferring that you would have lawyers killed, only that your view of them is negative.
