Could we say that everything human is subjective? Or that we suspect everything human is subjective? Rather than saying "everything" is subjective. I have no idea how you would go about trying to prove whether or not everything is subjective. But from a lifetime living with humans, all data seems to indicate everything humanly perceived is subjective. Sometimes two people or a group of people, have a somewhat aligned subjectivity- and the imprecision of language probably irons out some of the minute small structure subjectivity we would discover, were we all perfect clear on what another person was talking about.
