Here in SV we're seeing higher home prices and multiple offers again. A house down the street listed for $780 and sold for over $800k within a couple of weeks. A real estate broker's newsletter said inventory is low and buyers are anxious to avoid higher mortgage rates. Other parts of the country may be different.
