Hi Rob any thoughts on OPEC member Venezuela whom appears at least to me to be on the verge of some sort of collapse or at least a change in ruling parties. I noticed Fitch downgraded them Thursday:http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/020207/70397_1.html I assume most of their revenue is generated from exported oil? Point I'm driving at is Venezuela may be forced to increase production. Read somewhere that they may have a pile of oil ready to be exported. Tricky stuff trying to support a price band and bankrupting your country at the same time. Lots of different ways to look at things I guess. Scott
