The American financial institutions think the world is flat and the two adjacent oceans are the end of the earth. <g>

I was going to travel abroad and went to the bank to get some foreign currency. They were going to have to send a fax to an institution in Oregon and have the currency shipped to Minneapolis. They were going to charge me 4% for the conversion and $7.00 to have it shipped. Unbelievable!!!!!!!
