We do disagree on the addressable market still. I'd make it a total of 600 million. And the issue isn't one that is trivial. I believe that the issue has more to do with education of the population than anything else. You have almost a billion and a half people that need to be dragged into the 20th century, let alone the 21st.

In a lot of ways I can see mobile wireless networks leapfrogging landlines in the rural areas....fewer ditches to dig in the last mile. But, I think that the 2010 target is exceptionally aggressive for reaching even a fraction of the market that is currently unaddressable.
