Joe, keep in mind one thing. true that chart shows way underperformance compared to the other stocks you posted, but market perception is another factor. once(or if) GLW can say the worst is behind us and factor production increases, more workers are put back on pay role and EPS appear, how do you think that will effect the stock?

and which stock(INTC, CSCO, MSFT) or GLW is most likely to gain 50% when the economic conditions really turns?
