CELL- Looking through the "trashed" heap this one caught my eye. Not my favorite sector but it appears their may be some value here and a trade. I don't like trading in stocks this cheap because I tend to have small positions for the risk involved and the spread can often eat up 10% right from the beginning.

That said here are some of the fundies.
$42 mil market cap. $54 mil in cash. Price to sales of .02.
Price to book of .28. Debt to equity of .74. Annual sales of about $1.8 bil. Current price 76 cents. Projected earnings this year 14 cents and for 2003 22 cents.

CELL also seems to have an apparent restructuring plan in place that should stop the bleeding. One thing that caught my eye was although things were bad last year, top line revenues were down just 8%.

Here's the chart:

The recent sell off seems to be tied to recent removal from Small cap 600 and the recent earnings report.

Up Friday on about 10 times average volume but not impressive price action. Just an idea.
