Spoke with IR today. They said the annual meeting went well. They do not have a summary of what was discussed or a press release regarding the meeting that they could send. IR said investors were basically unaware of management's plans and are now more confident now that they've had the opportunity to meet the new directors. They are still working on a debt settlement with creditors and are close to an agreement that should be favorable to the company.

IR said to expect the quarterly report by the end of July.

I take this as all good news. I am still confident in the long term prospects of this company. I may consider accumilating more shares in the near future.
