Brent: In regards to your comment that CREE has never made a profit, have you had a chance to review their last 10K? I even went back and checked it just now at your behest. If so, you would find that they had a profit on a GAAP basis Yes, CREE has pretty consistently reported GAAP earnings. Because of certain deficiencies associated with GAAP earnings, it is a stretch to consider them real profits. Heck, even Enron was able to report GAAP earnings.
