<Arafat, who is under Israeli and U.S. pressure to crack down on violence, has denied any knowledge of the shipment. So let me get this straight.... Arafat, who many people on this thread, and throughout the world, proclaim as the leader of the Palestinian people, and who personally controls the purse strings of the PA, wants us to believe he had no knowledge about the shipment of 50 tons of armaments and ammunition that cost at least $50-100 million??? Ok... I can buy that.... Because I'm an American, and I believe that Elvis is still alive, and that the X files is non-fiction. And since every other nation on this planet tries to convince us that we're naive and have no idea what the world is about, I have to believe Arafat. After all, the Europeans believe him, and what kind of leader would he be if he didn't know who was spending $50-100 million of the PA's budget... :0) Hawk
