Joan, Savings E and H bonds are the only things I know that mature at less than $1000. I'm not sure that all agency debt is geared to $1000, but all I've seen has been. Are you looking for discounts on coupon bonds or actual zeroes? Zeroes often yield more than coupons, especially now when rates are low.
