I'm all for toppling Saddam. By whom? Personally, I'm not in favor of the US toppling Saddam. OTOH, I would love to see a homegrown or regional force take care of him. But frankly I don't see him as a US responsibility. We can't turn every tyrant out of business, even though we seemed to try some time back. And I don' t really favor the globalization of the Monroe Doctrine.
