Hi Daine, Valuespec and most importantly, Counselor Brummit, How have both of you been ? It looks like one of frank the crook partners is going to jail. ragingbull.lycos.com By the way, I think frank is going to make one last effort to revive this long running scam, as he has just recently filed last years annual report. From this filing you would have to assume he is attempting to get listed again for the final pump and dump. I guess he still has a boatload of shares he didn't sell when peter buswell and him were showing all that executive confidence and buying shares. If you remember, at the time that is what one of his lying press release's said. We can only hope that he and some of his cronies are next in line for a jail cell. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the numerous lawsuits, it seems he is getting sued from a few different corporations. The only difference is this time he can't trade shares for attorney's fees. So it will be interesting how he deals with defending these lawsuits. It's hard to believe how long this scam has lasted. Best regards to Daine & Valuespec, Tom
