Susan Tanner is the President's secretary, not an IR professional.

The "bottom line" on the EPA's medical waste incinerators to be issued is the final date when hospitals have to be in compliance with these forthcoming incinerator regulations. I would not want to bet on a July issue date -- remember this a government agency!

The guy at the EPA told me that the government traditionally allows existing pollution generating devices or facilities several years to come into compliance with any issued EPA regulations.

I was also told that the "soon-to-issued" regulations on medical waste incinerators is over 100 pages. He said that I may access the EPA's "TTN", BBS or Telenet site. This access data was gobble-gook to me.

Here's the website for a 2 page summary on the old regulations and the names of two guys who work for the EPA if anyone wants to call them to obtain the instructions on how to access the June 96 regulations.

You'll probably need to get the name and phone number of an EPA MIS person to obtain the exact instructions on accessing this document.
