One item that has particularly raised my blood pressure on the Enron money, is related to the Texas Supreme Court. Nearly every sitting member of the Texas Supreme Court has taken money from Enron [If not all of them]. The TSC members don't even have an option of recusing themselves from an Enron case even to dispell the slightest appearance of conflict; the Court couldn't hear the case. [I'll let jlallen do the homework on who is conservative or liberal on the TSC; I don't much care.] I'd like to see the list of all the other donors to the Supreme Court of Texas. jttmab
