Could CRUDE already be pricing in a war in Middle east?

Looking at inventory numbers compared to last crash in crude, one has to wonder if perhaps Crude is hanging onto the 19-20 area in anticipation of war.

Shorts cover every friday over last 3 weeks, while they reenter positions at beginning of week.

Not trying to be too pessimistic, just want to consider if Crude should currently be in the 15-16 area if things were somewhat quite in the Middle east??
