Hi Gottfried - re: market concerns

This is so true: <...Also, personal concerns color our perception
of the world...>

A few years ago, I may have let this interfere. As it is now,
I realize that the market doesn't particularly care about my
personal concerns when it deals cards to my portfolio. So I
try to divorce myself from those concerns when placing bets on it.
My current bet is based on the following 'if's:

1. If the market climbs above 8000 by Oktoberfest...
2. If we don't see a 5% - 10% correction by Oktoberfest...
3. If the Fed doesn't increase rates by Oktoberfest...

Then I'll temporarily leave the market, to return in late Tannenbaum
season (depending on my indicators at that time...) I'll stay in
if we see #2 or #3.

<...If you haven't seen the SI beach party pics...>
Yes I did, thank you. I also hear of a potential July 13 meeting
which you were invited to...(I lurk around quite a bit). I will
certainly attend should you and Mrs. 'M' make an appearance.
