John, the thing that concerns me a little is some small anecdotal information related to my recent purchase of a Dell PC on January 12. I felt like they were giving it away. I bought a Dimension 4300, 1.6 mhz, 512mb Sdram, 40 GB hard drive, 17" flat screen, e-card, modem and free M105 Palm Pilot ($150 value) for $981 delivered. Is this an indicator of their push to gain share???? :o) Drew
